TERMS OF SERVICE

Okay Seal terms

Effective October 26, 2026. These terms are a binding agreement between you and MDML Technologies LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("MDML", "we", "us"), which runs Okay Seal at okayseal.com. By creating a workspace or using Okay Seal you accept them. If you don't agree, don't use Okay Seal.

1. What Okay Seal is

Okay Seal is a permission layer for AI agents. You approve missions that set what an agent may do, where, for how long and for how much. Okay Seal checks each action against the mission, keeps your credentials encrypted, asks you before anything outside the limits and keeps a receipt of what happened. It works with the devices, browsers and provider accounts you connect.

2. Preview

Okay Seal is a security preview offered by invitation. Features may change or stop. It has not yet completed independent penetration testing; the Security page explains what that means. Don't connect credentials or money you can't afford to have misused.

3. Your workspace

You must be at least 18. If you sign up for a business, you confirm you can bind that business to these terms.

Keep your passkeys and recovery key private. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including actions your agents take within missions you approved. If you think someone else has access, stop your agents and email us right away.

4. Your agents and missions

You choose your agents and approve their missions. An action an agent takes within an approved mission is taken on your behalf. Okay Seal enforces the limits you approve; it does not judge whether an agent's work is correct, and it cannot guarantee that AI models, websites or other services behave as expected. Review important actions such as purchases and messages, and use approvals, budgets and the stop controls.

5. Credentials

Only store credentials you are allowed to use. Each secret is encrypted and tied to the service it belongs to, and agents get results, not the secret. The hosted vault decrypts a secret at the moment it is used, so it is not zero-knowledge. You can revoke a credential, an agent or a device at any time.

6. Accounts you connect

When you connect another provider's account (for example Twilio, Vonage, Stripe, Mercury or Privacy.com), a browser or a device, you authorize Okay Seal to act on it within the access you grant and the missions you approve. Your agreement with that provider still applies, and the provider bills you for its own usage: phone numbers, messages, API calls, AI tokens and purchases. We don't mark those charges up.

Twilio Connect. If you connect your Twilio account, Twilio creates a subaccount for Okay Seal inside your account. Okay Seal may buy phone numbers in that subaccount and use them for the missions you approve, such as receiving sign-in codes for your agents. Twilio charges your account directly. You can revoke Okay Seal's access in your Twilio console at any time; numbers already bought stay on your Twilio account until you release them there. You are responsible for the messaging rules that apply to how you use those numbers.

7. Plans and billing

The Free plan needs no card. Paid plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, and renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Cancel in the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Billing mistakes and duplicate charges are always refunded. Otherwise payments are not refundable, except where the law requires. If you downgrade, your data and safety controls stay; plan limits apply to creating new agents and starting new runs.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use Okay Seal to break the law or another service's terms, to access accounts you aren't authorized to use, to commit fraud, to send spam or unwanted messages, to get around another service's security controls, or to probe or attack Okay Seal or its other customers. We may suspend a workspace that does.

9. Your data

Your workspace data (missions, approvals, receipts, connection settings and encrypted credentials) is yours. We use it only to run and secure Okay Seal and to meet legal obligations, and we don't sell it. Email us to export or delete your workspace. Deletion removes it from live systems; copies in backups are removed as those backups expire.

10. Disclaimers

OKAY SEAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION. WE DON'T WARRANT THAT IT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL STOP EVERY UNWANTED ACTION.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MDML'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) WHAT YOU PAID MDML FOR OKAY SEAL IN THE 3 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

MDML WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES MADE WITHIN LIMITS YOU APPROVED, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY.

12. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify and hold harmless MDML Technologies LLC and its members, officers, employees and contractors from claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of Okay Seal, your agents' actions within missions you approved, your violation of these terms or of any law or third-party right. This survives termination.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Okay Seal at any time. We may suspend or end your access for non-payment, a violation of these terms, conduct that exposes MDML to legal risk, or to protect the security of Okay Seal or its customers.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved only in the state or federal courts in Flagler County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Each party waives any right to a jury trial.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Okay Seal after that date means you accept them.
